Somewhere below the surface, the world goes quiet. Night Swim captures a lone swimmer from above — arms outstretched, body suspended in a swirling field of luminous emerald and teal, the water alive with light and movement all around them.

Painted in oil, this piece is immersive and meditative. The aerial perspective dissolves the horizon entirely, leaving only the swimmer and the sea — a figure at once small and completely at home. Flashes of white foam and golden undertones break through the green, giving the water an almost electric quality. It is freedom, captured in paint.
